Gap Inc.- Sr. Design Manager, Store Design/Creative Services - 1/18-Present

  • Collaborated with all brands under the Gap Inc. umbrella to develop feasibility design which includes over 50 design intent packages,coordination with business partners, architects and vendors.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Store Development team by building trusted relationships with the Brands.
  • Increased Creative Service’s productivity by managing outsourced design consultants and providing art direction for new store concepts and fixture development.
  • Establish and maintain trusted and positive relationships with internal crossfunctional partners, design consultants and vendors.
  • Managed and advised on design consultant budget thru tracking and processing all PO’s for the team.
  • Onboarded design consultants and local vendors for rapid prototyping needs.
  • Collaborated with leads of marketing and VM for Gap, BR, Old Navy, and Athleta to design four new stores at the Gap Inc. HQ in SF.
  • Developed VE solutions for Athleta template stores, which resulted in a $250k saving per store.
  • Provided design guidelines with tiered budget scoping to refresh Athleta Heritage vintage stores.
  • Designed a new store concept for Banana Republic by refreshing every aspect from store front, perimeter system, floor fixtures, OFI, RCP to fitting rooms and restrooms for a unique and modern shopping experience.
  • Created brand awareness for Hill City by developing a design language for a physical presence in the form of a mobile pop-up truck, exhibit for Gear Patrol Product conference, and a pop-up shop in San Francisco.
